Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We accept returns for products as long as the products are unused. In the unlikely event of a defect, we will offer a replacement product or store credit.
Q. How long do you have to return items?
A. A return authorization must be requested with in 7 days of receipt of the shipment if there is a problem with your order. Other returns can be requested within 14 days of reciept.
Q. Who is responsible for shipping costs for returned items?
A. For defective items, we pay the return shipping. We will send you a return authorization and postage label to return it to us. Returns for any other reason are at the purchaser's expense.
Please note: Items that are returned are inspected to ensure they are have not been used, and that the defect is legitimate. Defective merchandise is exchanged and not refunded. Since I have been in operation (since 2008) I have yet to have a defective item, but recognize that it is important to have a statement and policy that stands behind our products and services.
