There are no refunds or exchanges on custom created forks. 

All custom forks include a pouch. If you are ordering multiple forks for a custom set please let us know in your order notes and we can give you 1 pouch to accommodate your entire set. 

If your requested frequency is a specific frequency from another company, and we are in contract to make that fork for them, the custom request may be declined and refunded and referred to order the fork them.
