At Holistic Health and Healing we take quality seriously. We work with the world’s most reputable manufacturers and distilleries. For 90% of the product on our website we use the oils and pre-blended products from Natural Options Aromatherapy. 

Here is what you need to know about our oils.

Our oils are all steam distilled with the exception of citrus oils which are cold pressed. Also a handful of products are absolutes which include Jasmine and Rose. 

After the distillation process no additional processes occur. That means that our oils are as close to nature as you can get. Other companies sometimes have a process after distillation to remove certain chemicals and make the claim that these there oils are more "pure". 

The fact of the matter is, the clinical studies and research that has been done on oils do not use the oils that go through this additional process. While I cannot say that one is "better" than the other, I can say that mother nature constructed all the components in that oil for a reason, so why mess with it.
